Job Description

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is hiring.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. -Key Duties and Responsibilities: - i
2. Collecting and analyzing audit evidence; - ii
3. Review internal control systems in operation and report on any weakness - iii
4. Preparing audit reports; - iv
5. Verifying the existence of assets administered by the Judiciary; - v
6. Undertaking special audit investigations and; - vi
7. Preparing and maintaining audit working papers

Education + Experience

1. - For appointment to this position, the applicant must have: - - i
2. A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting -Finance), Business Administration or any other recognized equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; - ii
3. Professional Certification as a Certified Public Accountants or Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution will be an added advantage; - iii
4. Proficiency in Computer Applications; and - iv
5. Meets the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution
