Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer should lead and engage a team of Maintenance Mechanical and Electrical Specialists, ensure reliable and efficient equipment’s, ensure cost effective on spare parts’ and quick response for equipment trouble shooting. He/She needs to work well & together with shift production teams to continuously improve reliability of all of lines and equipment in the value stream. He/She will engage all of stakeholders and drive both Safety & Quality programs, site performance initiatives and CI of value stream. He/She will be is fully responsible for maintenance and reliability program, spare parts accountability. NAI Maintenance Engineer will be managing maintenance services and maintenance suppliers, plan & control related budget. He or She should be capable to build an effective team and develop direct reports and contribute site process technical training.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Experienced at using data to find the root cause of complex problems, preferably competent with methodologies for improving reliability such as 5 Whys, FRCA and ca FMEA
2. Strong facilitation skills
3. Experience in use of TPM tools and continuous improvement concepts
