Job Description

We seek to recruit a cleaning supervisor whose primary role is to supervise the cleaning team in performing cleaning duties and associated tasks. Other tasks include: Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks. Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized. Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables. Monitor and report absenteeism. Actively promote Health and Safety standards of all cleaning staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. A valid certificate of good conduct/ Police Clearance
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Computer literacy is an added advantage
4. Physically fit - the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities

Education + Experience

1. Minimum diploma in housekeeping or relevant field
2. 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
3. Basic computer skills
