Job Description

The Field Sales Manager recruits, monitors, trains and supports the field sales team. They achieve their shop and area sales targets through the management and motivation of a highly effective sales team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Experience from working in rural areas is a requirement
2. Experience from managing sales teams is a requirement
3. Good written and oral communication skills
4. Good planning and organizational skills

Education + Experience

1. A diploma or degree in an academic field is an added advantage
2. 3-4 years’ experience in this level of position
