Job Description

The role will be responsible for providing guidance and support to all sales agents within the branch and as well as all sales activities and provide reports on the same to the Agency manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Ability to work under pressure; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good planning and organizational skills; and Excellent report writing skills

Education + Experience

  1. Degree in sales and marketing or any relevant field from a recognized institution
  2. Diploma in insurance will be an added advantage Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in sales management
