Job Description

Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy. Report to Team leader. Carry out any other duties as and when required by management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  2. Must speak fluent English, Kiswahili other languages e

  4. French, Arabic are added advantage
  5. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy

Education + Experience

  1. High school education mandatory
  2. College education an advantage
