Supervise call centre agents.
Report to the call centre manager.
Ensure calls are responded to at the appropriate time.
Resolve and escalate customer’s issues on time.
Carry out any other duties as when required by management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 1 year experience in customer care
Must be an excellent communicator both in written and spoken
Proficient in Swahili & English, French and Arabic are an added advantage
