Job Description

The HRO will assist the HRG with Compensation and Benefits, Employee Welfare, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Contract Management, Leave Management as well as other daily tasks of the human resources department. (a) Academic qualification: First Degree in Human Resource, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline; Diploma in Human Resource. (b) Professional qualification: Must be a member of the IHRM (c) Experience: 4 years
