Job Description

Support the finance manager with business accounting activities. This includes raising, sending and paying invoices, reconciling company accounts and chasing late payments. They will also assist with basic administration tasks and should be on hand to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or providers. They will be expected to help document and maintain the business’ finance procedures, updating and implementing them wherever necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Receiving documents from logistic supervisors and ensure that the received documents are correctly booked, dated, and signed by both the person issuing and receiving the documents
  2. Raising of mileage requisition for the driver against the delivery document produce by the driver
  3. Ensuring that all deliveries are booked in the SAP system accurately and safely filled
  4. Ensure all documents received from the account manager in charge have accurate information necessary for invoicing
  5. Billing of the sub-contractor the mileage issued against his/her truck in SAP
  6. Handover all delivery notes/invoices to the accountant for invoicing before the due dates, as per schedule
  7. Ensure that all new business documents are taken to the accounts receivable accountant on time for invoicing
  8. Ensure proper filing of copies of delivery documents
