Job Description

Seeking an exceptional professional with 1+ years work experience to prepare and process all Logistics Payments and ensure all other Data Capture tasks are done with high accuracy. Prepare Logistics Payment requests. Prepare all Logistics Procurement requests. QC of Casual Payment sheets before making payment requests. QC of Local Transport payment calculators and invoices before making payment request o Coordinates with relevant Payments partners including Procurement, Finance, Compliance and Accounts Payable for processing and tracking of payments end to end o Provide relevant reports to Logistics Management on all payments, casual engagements, and all data entry tasks.
