The Depot Fulfillment Officer (DFO) is responsible for managing the flow of goods coming in and out of the depot, overseeing the depot staff, and monitoring stock levels to ensure all requirements and orders align with the customers’ orders and are delivered on time, in full to the customer’s satisfaction.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A clean and valid driver's license
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing a Depot at a Supervisory level with a Technology and computer background and smartphone tracking experience or GPS fleet tracking experience Have a strong customer service mindset, going the "extra mile" to ensure our customers always have a positive experience when dealing with other employees
