Job Description

AA Driver Recruitment Centre (DRC) links experienced and competent drivers with potential employers searching for drivers. Recruitment Process for Drivers The drivers enrol through an assessment test done at the branch level. The details of the test together with a duly filled and signed application form are then forwarded to HQ DRC office. The driver is contacted from the DRC office once his qualifications match those of the employer requesting for a driver and a placement is done. The employer requests for a driver by filling out a requisite form at the branch (or an email request). The form is then forwarded to the DRC office for short listing of the drivers. The shortlisted candidates are then sent to the employer for interviews. Once the employer has chosen the driver of his/her choice, then the payment is done.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
