Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager / Lead to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for crafting sales plans and strategies that drive growth, identifying prospective clients, markets along with specific market shifts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets
  2. Lead sales demos, training, and Q&A with prospective and current clients
  3. Generating direct customer meetings and workshops per month through different sources
  4. Attracting relevant stakeholders for workshops
  5. Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
  6. Driving new product sales by presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  7. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  8. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  9. Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieving the assigned sales volume
  10. Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
  11. Working with our partners in order to maintain and expand business within assigned customer accounts
  12. Working with growth or product marketers to drive lead generation and awareness
  13. Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory
  14. Documenting plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
  15. Analyze the territory /market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  16. Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, work with customer support and product teams to maintain high NPS scores
  17. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Education + Experience

  1. Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  2. Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
  3. Aptitude for (and interest in) technology and technical tools
  4. Strong communication and creative problem-solving to reach and serve clients
  5. Interest in learning about customers' behavior, both through conversation and data
  6. Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability
  7. 4+ years of experience
  8. Corporate sales experience preferably in software sales and health care
  9. Experience selling healthcare sales and technology
