Job Description

We are looking to employ a Centre Manager with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The Centre Manager is expected to be entrepreneurial, a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. He/she should have excellent leadership skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. The Centre Manager will be responsible of overseeing 10 different Ajiry Centers across the country. You will be in charge of a team of 4 staff members with an overall 6 month target of making your Ajiry Centre Self Sustainable, and signing up of 1 Million Users on to the Ajiry platform by end of February 2023.

1. Proven track record of leadership and deliverables
2. An ability to operate with minimum supervision
3. Ability to do daily executive reports
4. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
5. Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
6. Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
7. Fantastic organizational and time management skills

10. Able to engage different stakeholders and Foster partnerships

Education + Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in project or business management or any other a relevant course
2. 4-8 Years Project Management Experience
3. Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
4. Excellent understanding of budgets and target management
