Job Description

The role of the job holder is to act as a liaison between the client and their customers ensuring client satisfaction with the organization's products and services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  2. Good organizational skills
  3. Ability to maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services and share the information to customers
  4. Able to resolve customer complaints regarding the services offered at the development to achieve and maintain superior customer experience
  5. Handle special service requests such as group visits, VIP handling, event coordination, third party requests etc
  6. Able to securely deliver packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to intended location or recipient in a timely manner
  7. Maintain accurate records related to the receipt and delivery of packages, documents, messages, and other items, including tracking time of and parties to the delivery

Education + Experience

  1. Diploma/Certificate in customer service, social sciences or front office management
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in security/front office management / customer service/ social sciences or any relatable relevant field
