Job Description
The role of the job holder is to act as a liaison between the client and their customers ensuring client satisfaction with the organization's products and services.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services and share the information to customers
- Able to resolve customer complaints regarding the services offered at the development to achieve and maintain superior customer experience
- Handle special service requests such as group visits, VIP handling, event coordination, third party requests etc
- Able to securely deliver packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to intended location or recipient in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records related to the receipt and delivery of packages, documents, messages, and other items, including tracking time of and parties to the delivery
Education + Experience
- Diploma/Certificate in customer service, social sciences or front office management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in security/front office management / customer service/ social sciences or any relatable relevant field
