Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

2. Minimum - 6 years of hands on experience in handling IT Infrastructure and cloud technologies as PAAS ,IASS,SAAS
3. The role holder will ensure the efficient operation of the company’s network, hybrid infrastructure, cloud, and on-premises servers, databases, and windows servers/ desktop equipment as well as evaluate direct and monitor existing application effectiveness
4. The array of activities includes managing the online and offline systems, applications, and infrastructure and support services needed to achieve excellence by bringing automation in terms of scripting or power automating low code platforms in Windows and Mac environments

Education + Experience

1. 8-9 years within the IT sector
2. Direct experience in all aspects of managing IT infrastructure and/or systems management · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences / Alongside Professional certification in such as M365, CCNA, AWS, or Azure cloud Administrator · Azure VDI and AWS Cloud Computing, ITIL would be an added advantage
3. · Proven experience in overseeing the direction, planning, and implementation of infrastructure solutions
4. · Direct hands-on experience with scripting's like Windows PowerShell, Power Automate, Network security monitoring, and Patch management/mobile Device management tools
5. (MDM) · Strong knowledge of service support and security best practices and methodologies
6. · Server Technologies -Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows, and Apple systems
7. · Microsoft Office 365 applications and Jira software
