Job Description

The position mainly entails attending to Advocates and Members of the Public and dealing with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Assisting with information regarding the Society to members, general public, clients and other stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. • At least 3-year relevant experience in front office administration; • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); and • Customer Service/Care experience is an added advantage • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken; • Good organizational skills and keen to details; • Public relations and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work with diverse personalities; • Ability to maintain high levels of integrity; • Ability to handle pressure; and • Good planning and organizing skills
