In this context, we are seeking to onboard an enthusiastic, experienced Junior Digital Account Manager to join our communications team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  2. Design, build and maintain Watu social media presence on various platforms
  3. Analyze the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates and cost-per-click
  4. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience Act as a point of contact between the Watu Gari and Brand team to address any digital management/ brand queries or concerns
  5. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: University degree 3 years’ experience in digital marketing communications Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage Demonstrable experience with social media and digital platforms is required Proficiency with various digital marketing tools id required Sound understanding of digital best practice
