Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Minimum experience of 10years in Food & Beverage
2. Proven Food and Beverage Operational experience in Restaurant, Banquet and Bar Management
3. Excellent computer knowledge and skills
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to budget and forecast monthly and annually
6. Up to date with Food and Beverages trends as well as best practices
7. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
