Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Oversee mobilization activities of the MSEs to be enrolled for this program; 2. Assess and prescreen applications for the program beneficiary interested in accessing affordable and appropriate finance and ensuring key eligibility criteria are achieved and filtered for due diligence; 3. Support in establishing and roll out of a virtual MSEs business recovery hub to provide business development service; 4. Coordinate building capacity activities to the selected and targeted MSEs 5. Facilitate MSEs representation in policy and decision-making organs of government through SME sector board 6. Manage and facilitate flow of essential information among the project team members; 7. Monitor implementation of the project workplan working with program team; 8. Maintain project calendar and milestones; 9. Work with Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team to develop tools for tracking the project success and impact on MSEs perceptions, behaviors and performance as well as gender outcomes, and ensuring these are integrated into program MEL systems 10. Work with communication team to capture anecdotes and stories depicting noteworthy the Project successes, stories or anecdotes, and coordinate activities to ensure they are publicized appropriately 11. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly or any other periodical updates or reports as may be required; 12. Undertake any other tasks as required and commensurate with the level of this post that are related to the success of this program
