Responsibilities - General Administration and Support - Complete the regional sales targets. - Supervision of specialty stores in the area and provide weekly reports. - Organize regional meetings, training, marketing activities, promotional activities, etc. - Communication problem feedback of internal distributors in the region. - Conduct market research & competitor research. - Discover new business opportunities and markets. - Submission of work reports on time. - Complete the duties & work assigned by the superior. - Attend all business-related seminars and marketing activities on behalf of management and provide the right information to the distributors. - Handling all BF Suma Health Products Ltd communication, including but not limiting to notifying new information and promotion plans, informing holiday and meeting notice, collecting information, updating key information to distributors through their communication Channel. - Assisting Customer Care Duties, including resolving distributors’ complaints, addressing clients' concerns and explaining to them the company or shop policies. - Assisting in all Marketing Activities of Suma Health Products Ltd, including but not limited to design promotion plans, marketing events and notify the information to distributors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business/ Diploma, management, or related field Preferably a person with previous Multi-level marketing experience will have an added advantage Should be knowledgeable with computer skills, familiar with Word, Excel and PPT 2 years of progressive experience in a busy working environment
