Job Description

Responsibilities - Management of employee contracts (Timely issuance, updating, filing of the same, - Ensuring all employee files have contracts. Liaise with finance team to ensure preparation of timely final dues for all - Employees during employee separation. Ensure the final dues calculations are accurate) - Monthly Manpower data collection and compilation. - Understand the time and attendance system and ensure management of the same. - Liaise with Finance and ICT in confirming all payroll inputs are in the system and closure/opening of payroll is timely from month to month. - Management of shortfall and ensuring different leave types are reflected in the - System while uploading information from the gate-pass. - Ensure attaches are well documented, taken through the company policies, relevant departments are informed a week before attaches’ report and general management of the attaches database. - Management of Casuals/piece work and their weekly payments - Creation of new employees in the HRMIS System - Daily uploading of clocking data from the Time & Attendance system - Issuance of clearance forms to the employees whose contracts have expired and any other kind of separation. - Manage the in/out (Removal and addition) of employees in the system. - Computation of leave balances when employees are proceeding on leave. - Handle all overtime and salary/payroll complaints. - To assist HR Manager in various HR activities and maintaining human resources policies - To Maintain the Organizational structure and right communication Channel-Top Bottom and Bottom Top - Assist in maintain and updating HR Database. - Involved in spot checks and collect the necessary information related to HR to assist departments improve and grow. - Upload good image and reputation of the HR Office/Department. - Keeping all employees personal record and historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
