Job Description
Our client in the logistics company seeks to hire a Customer Service who will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer care for a cargo and clearing firm The primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Representative will also be responsible for performing additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate customer records in QuickBooks accounting software
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, delays, and other relevant information
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and opportunities for improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
