Job Description
The Newmark Group Limited is a leading African Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) firm that ranks among the fastest growing with a strong presence in the Multinational Brand segment of the market.
Responsibilities:
o Assist in creating engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
o Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
o Managing and maintaining social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
o Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
o Aid in coordinating content distribution across different channels, ensuring content reaches the target audience effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align content strategies and meet project goals.
Requirements:
o Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
o Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
o Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
o Experience with graphic design tools, video editing software, or content creation platforms is a plus.
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
