Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT/BICT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to information technology, business intelligence, and communications technology. Your primary responsibilities will include posting and designing social media content, basic troubleshooting, and providing technical support to the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain software applications, tools, or scripts to support various business functions. This could involve writing code in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as WordPress.
2. Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the organization's products, services, and brand.
3. Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos, and written posts.
4. Monitor social media platforms and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and other forms of interaction.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
7. Provide technical support to employees, ensuring their IT-related needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
8. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
9. Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop and implement business intelligence solutions, such as data reporting and analytics tools.
10. Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making.
11. Assist in the development and maintenance of databases, data warehouses, and data visualization dashboards.
12. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on IT tools, systems, and best practices.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience in managing social media platforms, designing content, and implementing social media strategies.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve basic technical issues. Knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
· Familiarity with business intelligence tools and concepts.
· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Knowledge of web development languages and platforms is a plus.
