Job Description
We are looking an highly motivated and detail oriented individual
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries on bookings of travel tickets and accommodation.
Maintain inventory of passenger space availability in a booking office.- Lead passengers to the designated location for boarding or loading

Requirements:
- A diploma in a management course/ it's equivalent in customer services will be an added advantage
- At least 1 year experience of working within an office/ hospitality industry
- Must be computer literate
