Job Description

Manages sales in retail outlets, engages with customers, and promotes products.


Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers in retail outlets, providing product information and recommendations.
    • Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets and boost revenue.
    • Maintain product displays, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and products are attractively presented.
    • Process customer transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale system.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus).
    • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
