Job Description

Manages technical operations and maintenance in properties, ensuring functionality.


Responsibilities:

    • Manage technical operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in properties.
    • Ensure all building systems function properly and address any malfunctions or breakdowns promptly.
    • Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution to avoid downtime or disruptions.
    • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
    • Monitor energy usage and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards in all technical operations

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing technical operations and maintenance in properties or facilities.
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and their maintenance requirements.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
