Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

Job Description: The Business Development Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the growth and expansion of the business by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with various departments. The coordinator will assist in executing business strategies, driving market research, and supporting the creation of proposals and presentations.


Responsibilities:

    1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    3. Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
    4. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through networking, attending events, and researching industry databases.
    5. Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
    6. Reporting: Track business development activities, create reports, and present updates on new opportunities and ongoing projects.
    7. Contract Negotiation: Support the business development team in negotiating contracts and ensuring that client needs and company objectives are aligned.
    8. Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and maintain an up-to-date client database.
    9. Event Planning: Help organize business development events, including networking sessions, conferences, and client meetings.
    10. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including scheduling meetings and organizing documents.

Requirements:

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and market trends.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • CRM software experience is a plus.
