Job Description

Manages lease agreements, tenant communications, and property documentation.


Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee lease agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for tenant communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all leasing activities, including lease renewals, terminations, and amendments.
    • Coordinate with property managers and legal teams to ensure smooth leasing processes and timely issue resolution.
    • Monitor rent collections, lease payments, and other financial obligations, following up with tenants when necessary.
    • Assist in preparing reports related to leasing, occupancy rates, and tenant performance for senior management.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in lease administration or property management (senior or supervisory experience preferred).
    • Strong understanding of lease agreements, property laws, and real estate regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
