Job Description

Analyzes business data, provides strategic insights, and supports decision-making processes.


Responsibilities:

    • Analyze complex business data and processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business growth.
    • Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align data analysis with organizational goals.
    • Support project management efforts by providing data-driven insights for planning, execution, and evaluation.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of business strategies based on market analysis and competitive research.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
    • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly to stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of business processes, project management, and strategic planning.
