Job Description

Administers lease processes, prepares documentation, and communicates with tenants.


Responsibilities:

    • Administer and manage the lease process from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements and related documentation.
    • Communicate with tenants regarding lease terms, renewals, amendments, and other inquiries.
    • Track and monitor key lease dates, such as renewals, expirations, and rent payments.
    • Assist in coordinating with legal teams and property managers to resolve lease-related issues.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for all lease documentation and tenant correspondence.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in lease administration or property management.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations.
    • Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Knowledge of real estate laws and lease agreements is an advantage.
