Job Description
Vicarage Resorts is a New Premier Upcountry Hotel located at Kanyuambora in Embu County, and overlooking the iconic Mt. Kenya and Kiang'ombe Hills. The hotel is opening operations in November 2023.
Responsibilities:
The chefs will be responsible for the hotel’s culinary experience, under the supervision of the Sous Chef.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Certificate in Food and Beverage technology and at least 3 years’ experience in a high end busy hotel kitchen.
