Job Description

Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Officer will be a creative graphic designer and marketing professional responsible for integrating marketing tactics with business development strategies to increase branding visibility and revenue for our various lines of business. This position requires graphic and web design skills to develop a variety of digital, print, and other mediums while ensuring brand continuity and consistency for marketing and communications. Graphic Designer/ Digital Marketing Specialist will be expected to be entrepreneurial with customer-centric and business development skills to generate leads that drive consumer traffic.

This role is team-centric, customer-focused, fast-paced, and receives/provides art direction providing cutting-edge, creative thought and design solutions to marketing challenges for the organization. Digital Marketing Officer will be required to conceptualize and develop brand marketing materials using graphic design, websites, social media, and printed materials. Additional preferred skills include real-world, working experiences with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. Duties will potentially grow with the demands of the business, so being adaptive and passionate are vital skills. Ideally, we are looking for someone to grow with the role.


    Digital Marketing

    1)      Design, develop and execute the digital marketing strategy and content dissemination plans.

    2)      Identifies target market, creates a brand image, and creates and maintains a marketing campaign for the internet and for digital technologies.

    3)      Increases brand awareness and promotes company products and services to increase production.

    4)      Puts together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns to get the message out, and also performs consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers by way of the Internet.

    5)      Lead the management of the website’s SEO, Google Analytics report analysis, and Google AdWords strategy.

    6)      Business outreach including identification of potential business opportunities and partnerships.

    7)      Communicate with social media followers including responding to queries in a timely manner.

    8)      Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on digital marketing efforts.

    Graphic Design

    1)      Prepare graphic design work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials and planning concepts; illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts with sketches and mock-ups of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

    2)      Support the graphic and web design needs of the company and its subsidiary lines of business to understand their business goals, scope of work, and brand to develop customized design needs.

    3)      Coordinate, design and manage graphical content for all platforms including websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters, product design, displays and productions for the organization and its clients.

    4)      Produce videos, photography, animated graphics, and other electronic multimedia.

    5)      Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions.

    6)      Take creative critiques from management and clients to adjust the design based on these critiques; adheres to organizations' and clients' branding guidelines.

    7)      Adhere to project deadlines and provides status updates on a regular basis to management.

    8)      Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends.


    1)      Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication, public relations, marketing, business management or related field.

    2)      Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a must.

    3)      Experience with the following is a plus; Javascript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.

    4)      Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM).

    5)      2+ years of related work experience

    6)  Goal-oriented business sales experience with skills in networking and relationship management.

    7)      Ability to learn and work with other emerging internet technologies.

    8)      Entrepreneurial problem solver and solutions-focused team member.

    9)      Focused on providing excellent customer-oriented solutions.

    10)   Excellent Typography Skills

    11)   A good working knowledge of the interactive production process, including graphics and optimization, and web page production.

    12)   Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential.

    13)   Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

    14)   Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the job and the company's core values.
