Job Description

The Information Communications Technology reports to the Senior Information Communications Technology Assistants, KW7.


Responsibilities:

    • Operating computer systems and training of users;

    • Assisting in repairing and maintaining of ICT equipment and associated peripherals;

    • Assisting in installing of ICT equipment and configuring of new ICT equipment.

Requirements:

    • Diploma in Computer Science / ICT or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

    • Fulfill the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
    • Personal Attributes

    • Positive working attitude and ability to give and take instruction;

    • Creativity and innovativeness;

    • Professionalism and integrity;

    • Interpersonal skills including being a team player;

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

      Core Competences

    • High level of Information Communication Technology skills;

    • Able to maintain, repair and handle both the hardware and software;

    • Interpersonal and Communication skills.
