Job Description
Vicarage Resorts is a New Premier Upcountry Hotel located at Kanyuambora in Embu County, and overlooking the iconic Mt. Kenya and Kiang'ombe Hills. The hotel is opening operations in November 2023.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the restaurants, quality of service, and management of guest feedback.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess a minimum qualification of a diploma in food & beverage technology and at least 3 years supervisory experience in a 3-star hotel restaurant or a restaurant of equivalent class.
