Job Description
Vicarage Resorts is a New Premier Upcountry Hotel located at Kanyuambora in Embu County, and overlooking the iconic Mt. Kenya and Kiang'ombe Hills. The hotel is opening operations in November 2023.
Responsibilities:
The Rotisseur will be responsible for procuring and preparing quality roasted or braised meats on the menu, including steaks and lamb.
Requirements:
Preference will be given to applicants who have 3 years’ experience as roast chef in a high end environment.
