Job Description
Vicarage Resorts is a New Premier Upcountry Hotel located at Kanyuambora in Embu County, and overlooking the iconic Mt. Kenya and Kiang'ombe Hills. The hotel is opening operations in November 2023.
Responsibilities:
The Sous Chef will have supervisory and accountability responsibility over all food and beverage preparation areas.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess a minimum qualification of a diploma in hospitality management and 3 years’ experience in a 3 Star Hotel.
