We are seeking an astute professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable and an effective communicator with a good understanding of software engineering.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support -60%
->They will be the first point of contact for all technical queries on all our products and will report to the Technical Lead.
->They will be required to support the business development and technical team in tech projects.
Business Development -40%
->Their role will also be vital in generating revenue through new business development, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new market opportunities.
->The candidate will be a vital part of our team and will help us expand our client base through their entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
A major part of their day-to-day will involve dealing with clients and working closely with the team, people skills are key for you to be successful in this position.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in IT or Engineering course
- You must posses effective communication skills
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends
- People skills is a key requirement for this role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
