Job Description

Tribus-TSG Limted a subsidiary of Centum Investments PLC is looking to recruit a sales agent whose main role is to support both the sales and marketing departments to drive revenue and brand awareness for our Manufacturing Department.


Responsibilities:

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1.

    Sales Support

    ·         Assist the sales team in generating leads and managing client accounts.

    ·         Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.

    ·         Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

    ·         Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

    ·         Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a smooth sales process.

    ·         Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

     

    2.

    Marketing Support

    ·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

    ·         Create content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

    ·         Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers.

    ·         Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

    ·         Assist with organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

    ·         Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

    ·          

    3.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    ·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

    ·         Provide quality customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

    ·         Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for product or service improvements

     

    4.

    ·         Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

    • Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
